Published corrections

• 5 October 2026. Homepage and schedule-matrix claims. The matrix has twelve country columns, not 37. The database directory is not a four-system comparison. The comparison that does exist is the report-count table, with missing denominators flagged.
• 5 October 2026. Schedule legend. “Universal” on a non-US column is no longer defined as the US executive-order category. US category notes stay on the US cells.
