Mechanistic Pathway Matrix — vaccine–adverse-event mechanism framework (prototype)

⚙️ Methodology prototype. This applies the mechanistic-link compendium as a scaffold to all 80 documented vaccine–adverse-event combinations on the site (36 mechanistic observation slots per applicable combination). No evidence has been assessed — every slot is shown “not yet assessed.” Populating a slot as supports / refutes / no-data is a symmetric literature-review task (supporting + mirror query per slot) that runs through the review pipeline and requires human sign-off; it is not done here.

Scope of this framework. The M1–M12 families were written for mRNA / lipid-nanoparticle / expressed-antigen mechanisms. For events that are procedural (e.g. vasovagal syncope, injection-technique injuries), mechanical (intussusception), or driven by a live-attenuated organism (disseminated vaccine-strain infection, zoster), most of these pathways do not apply and the matrix says so rather than forcing a fit. Nothing here asserts that any vaccine causes any event; it is a structure for evaluating a mechanistic hypothesis, honestly, in both directions.
