These adverse events show a rank-aggregated VAERS disproportionality signal but do not appear on Brighton's expert-curated AESI case-definition list. Per the source strategy, a genuine mismatch is a candidate worth checking — but many entries here are breakthrough-disease, pregnancy-context, or reporting artifacts rather than true events of interest. Treat as a triage queue, not findings.

SFN, POTS and PACVS appear on none of the external AESI/ontology lists — itself a data point: the international AESI process has not prioritised them, which cuts both ways and should be stated plainly rather than glossed.
