What EudraVigilance is
EudraVigilance is the European Medicines Agency's pharmacovigilance system for suspected adverse reactions to medicines and vaccines authorised in the EU. The public portal at adrreports.eu publishes line listings searchable by active substance (all vaccines sharing an ingredient) or by product name for centrally authorised products.
How to search (and why the portal is hard to use)
Most data-seekers typing "eudravigilance" want aggregate reaction counts — but the official portal returns case-level line listings without category summaries. That gap is why this site ingests EU data into per-vaccine symptom-category charts on pages like HPV and MMR.
What counts mean
Each EudraVigilance report is a suspected association filed by a reporter — not a confirmed diagnosis and not proof of causation. Regulatory review may later classify cases; public extracts do not include lot/batch numbers.
