Schedules by country

Compare childhood vaccine schedules between two countries

Pick any two of 34 countries to see which routine childhood vaccines each schedules, and at what ages. The comparison below starts with the United States and Denmark.

Read this first. Each column is compiled from that country's national immunisation authority on the date shown; schedules change, and a vaccine missing from a routine schedule may still be offered to risk groups or privately. The U.S. column is the CDC/ACIP childhood schedule as compiled in June 2024. As of 28 October 2026 the federal schedule in effect is CDC's 2025 schedule (the revised January 2026 schedule is stayed by a federal court); the 2026 schedule status page explains what applies and what is pending. 2026 U.S. schedule status.
