Look up a vaccine lot and a specific adverse event

VAERS reports are unverified, spontaneously submitted, and do not establish that a vaccine caused an event. A count or rate here is a reporting figure — not incidence, not causation, and not an indication that a lot is unsafe or safe. Per-dose rates exist only for COVID lots with a known openVAERS dose count; for every other vaccine the lookup shows counts and percent of that lot’s reports (no dose denominator).

Coverage: lots with at least 20 VAERS reports. Rare terms are omitted. COVID uses openVAERS lot doses for per-million rates; other vaccines use counts and percent of lot reports only. Reproducible: build_lot_ae_lookup_data.py --vaccine <id>.
