Lot adverse-event clusters across vaccines

Applying the same method used for COVID to each vaccine with enough lots: for most vaccines the per-lot adverse-event profiles form a continuum, not distinct clusters. Where a clustering score looks high it is on few lots and the split separates lots by reporting completeness (how fully reports are written), not by a different adverse-event identity. No lot showed a distinct serious-event identity beyond administrative/handling artifacts.

Read carefully. Passive VAERS reporting — unverified, spontaneous. No dose denominators exist for non-COVID vaccines, so “high adverse-event volume” is shown as raw report count, which is confounded by how many doses a lot contained and how long it was in use — it is not a rate and not evidence a lot is unsafe. “Distinct-cluster” scores on small numbers of lots (*) are, as the COVID deep-dive showed, typically small-sample or reporting-completeness artifacts. Hypothesis-generating only.
