Changelog
Public record of what the pages claim and when a dataset moved. Parser version for this pass: product-shell 2026-10-05.
8 October 2026
- OpenPV drug pages rebuilt for all 2,698 drugs: short headings from the FDA label (class, brands, indication, boxed warning) and PubChem; FAERS seriousness, death-outcome and sex profile; PRR/ROR with 95% confidence intervals plus MGPS EBGM/EB05 and BCPNN IC025 so PRR-only signals are marked; serious-only PRR and sex/reporter-skew flags; an automated FDA-label screen for every strong signal (labeled, boxed, indication confounding, coding artifact, lab marker, or unlabeled); ClinicalTrials.gov adverse-event cross-check where a trial names the drug in an arm. The screen is text matching, not a causality judgement. Pages shrank from ~480 KB to ~55 KB.
- New hubs: 104 drug-class comparison pages (/openpv/class/) and 500 head-to-head comparisons for the pairs people search (/openpv/compare/). Drugs added to the main navigation and to site search.
- Thirty Bradford Hill causality cards on the assessment page now have anchors and are linked from the matching drug pages. Runbook §10 documents the screen-vs-assessment distinction.
- Schedules by country (31 nations, 15 vaccines, 338 vaccine-in-country pages), baby side effects by age, BCG page, flagged vaccine signal pairs, FAQ schema, share buttons, reviewer bylines and OG images shipped earlier the same day.
- Site chrome: Tailwind is now precompiled into one stylesheet instead of compiled in the browser on every visit; a newsletter box, related-pages block and data-refresh badge appear on every page; IndexNow submission of both sitemaps.
5 October 2026
- The homepage no longer says this site is the only place that puts VAERS, Canada Vigilance, JADER, and EudraVigilance side by side, and it no longer says the schedule matrix covers 37 countries. The matrix compares 12 countries. Parent pages cover school and exemption rules for a wider set of jurisdictions.
- Navigation is four jobs: Decide, Compare, Read the evidence, and Research (beta). Lot charts stay at their old addresses and are linked from one Lot explorer.
- The August 2026 US recommendation text is a note on the United States column. Schedule cells use the words All, Risk, Shared, or None, with a pattern as well as a color.
- Vaccine pages are checked against the nine-section template. A missing section says “Not searched” instead of disappearing.
- Evidence state on each vaccine page is “not searched” except COVID-19 myocarditis or pericarditis, which is a screened, not adjudicated, prototype.
- The four-system report table publishes the counts that are in the extracts and flags every missing denominator. It does not call those counts incidence.
