Read this first. VAERS and FAERS counts are unverified spontaneous reports, not rates and not evidence that a product caused an event. Keep that caveat with any chart or table you make from these files. Schedules and exemption rules change; check the official source before acting on them.

VAERS reports by vaccine lot

Every vaccine lot number in U.S. VAERS reports (2006 to May 2026) with report counts, serious reports, deaths and first/last report dates, by vaccine and manufacturer. Counts are reports, not rates: lots differ in size and no public lot-level dose data exist except for some COVID-19 lots.

Indirect standardisation of VAERS report counts for COVID-19 lots with published shipped doses (stratum: manufacturer × month of first report), with exact Poisson intervals widened for overdispersion.
