Which FAERS drug signals hold up?

452 written Bradford Hill assessments, one page each

Every card takes one drug–reaction pair with a strong FAERS signal and asks whether it survives the FDA label, the reporting-over-time pattern, the trial record and Bradford Hill's viewpoints. Grades: well established (the association is accepted and labelled), expected effect (follows from the drug's pharmacology or indication), contested (evidence conflicts), coding artifact (the signal is a reporting or coding pattern, not a harm). The single-page version has every card in one document.
